That is just outside NYC’s City Hall (building on the left). The small tower on the right is 41 Printing House/Newspaper (now Park) Row, where Pace University (my alma mater) has their bookstore and administrative offices.   The local City Hall subway station who’s entrance kiosk to the left was closed in 1945, outmoded and replaced by the express Brooklyn Bridge subway station about 500 feet away.  But, you can still tour the City Hall Station through seasonal and popular tours run by the NY Transit Museum.  Now how’s THAT for a content connection.
